Orders are shipped from France via various carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, or others depending on the options offered).

9. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions (notably for food products or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, once opened).
