You place your order on our website:

Please be very careful to enter the correct delivery address: the name given must be on the mailbox.

- As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that your order has been received and sent to our warehouse.

Our warehouse is processing your shipment. Packages are packed and handed over to the postal service within 24 hours. You will receive your tracking number by email to follow the delivery of your package. PLEASE NOTE: There is sometimes a delay between when you receive your tracking number and when the postal service scans the packages.

Your order will generally be delivered within 48 to 96 hours (2 to 4 business days, excluding public holidays). Delivery is, of course, subject to postal service delays and unforeseen circumstances. If the package is large enough, it will be delivered directly to your mailbox; otherwise, you will receive a delivery notice and have one week to collect it.
