INTRODUCTION

The website mielpower.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is an e-commerce website accessible via the Internet, open to all users of this network (hereinafter referred to as "Internet Users"). ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define, exclusively, with regard to the relationships they establish on the Internet network, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site.
They handle all the necessary steps for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Parties.
These terms apply to the exclusion of all other documents.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

2.1 Products

The Products offered for sale by mielpower.com are those that appear on the Site, on the day the User consults the Site.
In the event that one of the Products is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The texts illustrating the Products are not part of the contractual agreement.

2.2 Product Availability

mielpower.com strives to keep the website updated based on product availability from our suppliers. However, stock shortages are possible. In such cases, mielpower.com will contact the customer as soon as possible to find an alternative.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

Prices are shown in Euros and are valid for European Union territories excluding French overseas departments and territories. They include any applicable discounts at the time of ordering.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union and to French overseas departments and territories will be invoiced without VAT and may be subject to any applicable taxes, customs duties, and other related charges levied when the package arrives at its destination. These additional charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
The prices shown on the Site are guaranteed on the day of the order, subject to availability and except in the case of obvious typographical errors or omissions.
The prices shown do not include shipping costs, which will be charged separately depending on the order amount and the country of delivery, and will be specified to the User during the final validation of their order.
These shipping costs do not include customs duties and other additional charges that may be levied upon entry into certain countries; these charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

mielpower.com reserves the right, which the User accepts, to change its prices at any time.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION

4.1 Navigation within the Site

The User can view the different Products offered for sale by mielpower.com on its Site.
The User can browse freely on the different pages of the Site without being committed to placing an order.

4.2 Placing an order

If the User wishes to place an order, they will choose the different Products they are interested in, and will indicate said interest by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon.
At any time, the User may:

  • To obtain a summary of the Products he has selected, click on the shopping cart.
  • Continue or modify your selection of Products by clicking on "Continue shopping".
  • Complete your selection of Products and order these Products by clicking on "Order".

To order the Products they have selected, after clicking "Order," all Users must log in by entering their email address and the password they previously chose when creating their account, or, if it is their first order, by clicking "Create my account." In this latter case, the User must accurately complete the form provided, including the information necessary for their identification, such as their last name, first name, and postal address. 4.3 Final order confirmation and payment

After reviewing the status of their order, and once all the requested information has been completed by the User, a summary of this information and the order will appear, and the User will have to choose the payment method they wish to use to definitively confirm their order.
Orders are payable in:

It is specified that by making an immediate payment by credit card, the User will be automatically redirected to the secure payment platform's payment server. This platform is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all payment-related data, and the User's bank details will never pass through mielpower.com's computer system.
Once the payment is validated, the order is registered. The User becomes a Customer. The order form will be recorded in mielpower.com's computer records and will be considered proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties.

4.4 Order Confirmation

An order summary will be displayed once the order has been validated.
This confirmation will include all the constituent elements of the contract entered into between the Parties.
This order summary will also be sent by email to the Customer within minutes of their purchase.
The Customer will then have access to "order tracking" by clicking on "my account" and logging in with their email address and password.

4.5 Modifying an order

Order tracking is accessible from the "My Account" menu.
To modify an order, it is necessary to cancel the order, put it back in the basket and then correct it as desired before validating it.
Modifying or cancelling an order is only possible when its status is "Registered".
An order that has been placed in the status "in preparation" or "shipped" can no longer be modified.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping times and methods

Your orders are processed as quickly as possible by the Customer Service and Shipping Department, open from Monday to Friday inclusive.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment is received; payment by credit card guarantees the speed of processing your order.

Delivery time in mainland France

Shipments take place within 24 to 48 working hours following receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise stated on the "shopping cart" page.
After dispatch by our Shipping Department, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by tracked Coliposte.
These delivery times are in working days, excluding postal delivery problems.

If you have chosen Mondial Relay as your delivery method, the delivery time will be 3 to 5 days.

Delivery time to the rest of the world

Your order will be delivered by UPS.

5.2 Delay / Non-delivery

Package lost during transport

Coliposte is a very reliable service. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delivery delay or the package may get lost. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, the Customer must inform mielpower.com customer service, which will then forward the information to the postal service to initiate an investigation. This investigation can take up to 21 days from the date it is opened. If the package is found during this period, it will be immediately reshipped to the Customer's address (in most cases). If, however, the package is not found after the 21-day investigation period, Coliposte considers the package lost. In this case, mielpower.com will send the Customer a replacement package at its own expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at that time, mielpower.com will refund the Customer the amount for those products.

Order cancellation

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days compared to the scheduled delivery date, the Customer may cancel their order by contacting mielpower.com Customer Service by email or telephone.

5.3 Anomalies

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be clearly indicated on the delivery note as "handwritten reservations," accompanied by the customer's signature. The customer must immediately report the anomaly to mielpower.com Customer Service so that a claim can be filed with Coliposte.
mielpower.com will send the replacement product(s) to the Customer at its own expense.

ARTICLE 6 - QUALITY GUARANTEE

The Customer benefits from a quality guarantee on mielpower.com products.
If the defect is proven, mielpower.com undertakes to exchange or refund defective or non-compliant products as well as any return costs within fourteen (14) days.

For technical assistance on a product or any complaint, the Customer can contact Customer Service via the contact form.

ARTICLE 7 - DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Providing the personal information collected during the online sales process is mandatory, as this information is necessary for processing and delivering orders and for issuing invoices. This information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

ARTICLE 8 - COLLECTION OF CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

By accepting this document, the Consumer acknowledges having been informed that their Personal Data may be transmitted to the third party Verified Reviews for the purpose of collecting their feedback following their order. Verified Reviews will use Consumers' Personal Data solely within the framework of its Solution and for the sole purposes thereof. Verified Reviews is strictly prohibited from disclosing to anyone any personal or identifying information that could identify the Consumer or infringe upon their privacy. The Consumer has the option to object to the dissemination of this information to Verified Reviews by contacting mielpower.com .

ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTES

This contract is governed by French law. mielpower.com cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that may result from the misuse of the products sold.
In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the Client has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or any other advisor of his choice.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with careful attention, as good faith is always presumed on the part of anyone who takes the time to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the Client should first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.

ARTICLE 10 - RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Conditions of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the entire order to withdraw without necessarily giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from their order by an unambiguous written statement specifying their first and last name, email address, postal address, order number and date:

Refund

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, the latter must return at his own expense the products which do not suit him in full and in their original packaging. As the products are sold in sticks, miel power will not accept the return of an incomplete or opened box. After receiving and verifying the return, mielpower.com will refund payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the return.
If the Customer cancels all or part of their order, mielpower.com will only refund the amount of the returned Products. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made via the same payment method the Customer used for their order or by bank transfer.
